In today’s world it is hard to look around with out seeing display stands being used somewhere in our midst. It is easy to understand why display stands have become an integral part of commercial enterprise for they are a practical and functional tool which makes them very useful. The SD Sign Co has taken into account the need for portability a key factor for the users of display stands. Take for example the Presto Popup display stands in the SD Sign Co’s product range, not only can these display stands be shipped to your door in a turn around time of 48 hours or less, they also fold up which means easy access in and out of buildings. What is more these Presto Popup display stands can be set up in just two minutes! I had an opportunity to recommend display stands when I was speaking to a Group Executive Chef recently. He was telling me that one of the challenges he is currently facing was how to keep large groups of people who are attending conferences moving at the buffet counter. They need to eat in a limited time and move through the buffet area swiftly. I suggested they try the use of display stands to help display answers to their patrons frequently asked questions. The thought of using display stands appealed to this Group Executive Chef, and in no time he set about listing all the frequently asked questions encountered at the buffet line up, these were attractively designed on 8.5” x 11” sized laminated sheets that fit perfectly into the SD Sign Co’s Berty Snap Frame display stands. The reason for his choosing the Berty Snap Frame is because these display stands have a height and angle adjustable feature. When I spoke to the Group Executive Chef a few weeks later to ask how the experiment went, he just smiled and said that they have now introduced the use of display stands as part of their buffet settings throughout their whole chain of hotels. Another place where I had an opportunity to recommend display stands was when I visited my local vet, it is a busy practice and the receptionist is literally run off her feet. There are a lot of products sold in the shopping area of this practice and I could see that much time was spent on price marking the many items. I spoke to the vet about the use of display stands instead of price marking individual items. The next time I visited this practice they were sporting display signs through out their sales area. The ones that they opted for are the SD Sign Co’s indoor range of display signs, the Triple T – Three Tier Sign display. These display signs were particularly attractive to them because they have a heavy base. They had lovely pictures made up to fit into the display signs of the products that they reorder on a frequent basis. The receptionist was so excited to tell me the next time I visited my vet that now she not only has more time to do other things, but these display signs have also helped to increase the sales of their merchandise! |
